Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled without 24 or more hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee up to 100% of the service cost booked. No shows are considered a same day cancellation and charged as such. Clients who are more than 10 minutes late are considered a no show and responsible for 100% of the service cost booked.
